Wow, so I just got this random email from a kid that I was friends with in high school. He's going to be part of a study run by NASA to see how well humans could adjust to circadian conditions on Mars. So for a month or so, he'll live in a 100 foot square room with no windows, clocks, etc, and will sleep when told to. For this, he gets $6,000.00. Man, I would love to do something like that. But so crazy to hear from him, it makes perfect sense though, to hear from him like that. He's such an awesome kid. This is a kid who once carried a desk one and a half miles home - yeah, just walked out of school with one of those damn desks and carried it down the street, home - and made a bong out of it. Not because he smoked a lot of pot, but because he thought it would be cool. One of those amazing, very bright people, who just kick ass. Ian, I salute you. You rock.
Of other things, I'm in love with my iPod, and I'm starting to relax and not do work. I'm really looking forward to life in like, two weeks, once the apartment is packed, and I'm in Utah, just hanging out for two weeks before somelameo and I embark on our drive cross-country and trip to Europe. And then, my friends, the future awaits.
