The book Finnegans Wake confounds me. I've started it countless times, but at some point I had to come to the immutable conclusion that I will never complete it as long as I live.

Admittedly, I am not quite comfortable with this surrender and only begrudgingly do I relent.

Photolife Magazine up here in Canada has apparently judged me an "Emerging Talent" in 2010, and will be publishing some of my work in the August issue!

Every so often I forget that I really do hate the New Yorker magazine and I start to read it again. At first Im excited about the articles that are well written, insightful and take longer to read than the average bowel movement.
