Anyways,

Been spending a good deal of time on the road the past month. Spending a lot of time in places I never really spent time in, New York City, Staten Island, Long Island, Stamford CT, and all because of a nice girl I have the fortune of meeting. Just the misfortune of meeting her at this time period. A few shots from the trips:



In other news, well, my best friend got married. The reception wasn't exactly classy, given I ended up being the best dressed lol


Been doing even more work to the house recently. I just can't seem to sit still with it all. Ripped out all the carpets for the stairs, and ended up filling, sanding, and painting the wood, then adding carpet runners to every step in the building.

Anyways, I have a few anti terrorism classes to go through this week, then I should be getting on a plane and heading to my new job any day now. It's exciting enough, but more recent events have made me start to realize I'm going to miss certain people, in ways I'm not used to. I'm already not the greatest at long distance things, but to go from talking every day and seeing each other every week, waking up some days and spending hours just laying in bed and laughing, but now I'm going to be in a different country entirely. Across the other side of the world, with limited communication options. For the first time in awhile, I'm worried about losing somebody.

This is still exciting for me. Like I'm finally pushing myself through the annoying delay that has been my recent life. I'm tired of hovering, and ready to finally move forward. Gain some momentum and get back to my life.
