it's one of those unspoken rules.... i think it stems from people being overprotective of the SGs, which sort of flows out to the members as well.

which might not be a bad thing.... i have had a personally really creepy experience with SG.... but only with one member out of the dozen or so that i've personally met, and the other 2 or 3 dozen that i'd really like to meet someday.

I got Cubase working. But my soundcard/computer is so slow, the sound produced by my midi controller is delayed about a full second. It sucks because there's some really cool sounds on there too (nintendo/commodore esque). I'm gonna stick with my guitar untill I get a new PC.

Hint: Finding a girl is NOT a game, and not (fully) based on dick size, optimism, etc.

One of the main things is confidence, but certainly without being cocky. Generally, being comfortable as a free man. Enjoying going out without having to hunt for girls.

Personally, when I see a guy like that, it just kinda makes me sad... because I know the only thing he's really going to get doing that is some really emotionally messed up chick whom he's going to have to console on a daily basis letting her know how pretty she is, and how wonderful because she always doubts herself.

I know it's going to be on your mind that you want to get a girl, but being that guy that doesnt feel the need to talk to you the whole night is very attractive. So... I guess in a way, it is a game... just wanted to let you know the rules most of us gals play by wink

You know, mate, and forgive me for offering advice if it's not welcome, but in the few posts that I have read of yours, it seems as if you worry to much about 'finding' a girl. Be yourself and let things happen. SG is a good place to meet people, both male and female. Stick around, make friends, take things slow, enjoy your time here, and go with the flow. You are bound to meet someone who has common intersts, finds you attractive, and is single. Give it time. You'll do much better if you are patient.
