Well I'm pretty bummed right now I haven't heard anything about the new job and I can't believe I cut my fucking hair for the interview. I went there for some prick 5 years younger than me who probably wasn't even old enough to have a job when I was already managing a restaurant tell me He doesn't think I have enough customer service experience.
That's the one thing I do not get about jobs in this area, when I first moved down here I applied for the same job at the same restaurant I had been the assistant manager at for 8 years and they did not even interview me. Since then they have posted the same job at least 5 times. When I was managing the restaurant and someone came in with that kind of experience I would have interviewed him on the spot.
My job now is like this too, I've been passed over for several promotions that I was the most qualified for mostly because I'm the best there at what I do, they are afraid to move me out of the shop and lose my customer base, and don't even get me started on the supervisor job in the shop. My Store manager has asked me several times if I want the shop supervisor job because she is going to get rid of the person who holds the position now but I'm still waiting. The guy holding the job now is a good guy and a great installer but he just is not a supervisor at all.
I'm not trying to complain just needed to vent about all this job crap.

Vent away, I totally understand. And sadly the odds are really good that this guy doen't even have half the ability in customer service that you do, but just feels like being a prick.
