not much to update... same old stuff... i am so looking foward to this weekend... i see know way that it could not be cool... i am taking the next few days to rest... ill need it... anyway... i figure ill get to the party at 12ish... and then i have work saturday at 330... although im trying to get out of that... is it wrong to tell your boss someone died so i can be hung over... im sure it is... but for an sg party... one has to consider all possible options... any ideas... let me know

Well, seeing as you've already experienced an SG party, you know what to expect - don't make any plans for the next day. You know what I've found about excuses though - the best course of action is often to not give any at all. Just say - listen boss I can't make it in on Saturday, I just wanted to let you know. Don't offer anything - and 99% of the time they won't ask why. Works great for me.

death as an excuse, i dunno, sounds kinda bad. cause then you get sympathy from people. what about saying you have a dr apointment, or you have something you can't get out of doin like quality time with the folks. good luck
