a friend of mine is fasting/detoxing for 11 days...the diet is pretty strict and involves lots of juices that serve as cleansers. she seems delirious and not too amped about it, but she's doing it none the less. and her bf is too, like a good bf would. im interested to see how it turns out. i might even try it. but, the grocery list is extensive AND expensive. seems a little weird for a FAST, but ok.
my bday is coming up and guess what my gift from mamasita is? a teeth cleaning. its perfect. if you knew me, you'd know about my fanatical dental practices. its a running joke at work about my teeth brushing throughout the day. this HAS to be some sort of disorder im certain of it...
