kids are shotting off left-over fireworks out in the street, much to the displeasure of every neighborhood dog. and myself, i might add. my head's stuffy and slow in that "haven't had my coffee yet" way, and outside it looks like rain.

i keep having weird dreams. a lot of them feature my twin best friends: jules, who died in a car crash in december, and her sister, mel. this time we went to a carnival together. a county fair type event, like we used to do when we were all living in KY. i don't remember most of it, but it had an air of anxiety, this tightly-pulled kind of tension. but then they all do...

somehow this was paralleled with these murders that were taking place. for some reason, i thought i would be killed next. it was good friday. i don't know what this means... maybe nothing. maybe my brain's just got too much energy since i finished school.

ug. in any event. i need to drink some coffee... clear out my head. just thought i'd share...
