had a nice french dinner last night, then went to see my friend's band. they'd already finished playing when i got there, but i ran into my boss, so i hung out for a while anyway. wanted to take a walk this morning but i didn't get up in time. now it's too hot... ah well; there's always tomorrow. gonna go downtown for lunch with a friend this afternoon. maybe i'll walk home to make up for it. (ha.) maybe not.
