it is officially hot as hell here.
i have sweat coming out of my ears, literally.
in other news, i bought my plane tickets to visit home this morning. i can't wait! i definitely need a break from the city. and i'm going to see bob dylan and willie nelson with my folks. i'm so excited! i love my parents! i'm also going to get to see my very best friend in the entire world, MEL! the last time we saw each other was under very, very bad circumstances. i haven't been back since then- jules' funeral. i want to go spend some time with her, too.
there's always so much to do when i go home- ironic, since it's such a small town and really there's nothing to do... i guess i mean that there's just never enough time to spend with all the people i love. sometimes it sucks living so far away. but then i remember why i left... it is a very small town, full of very small minds- you get the idea.
(well, i've rambled long enough- sorry if none of this is terribly coherent. )
