so get this, if a merchant does not request the funds from a debit card after 5 days, it gets credited back to your account, but you are never told about it- so- according to my available balance, I ahve a certain amount- and so of course I spend it and live religiously by that amount - BUT no, then a freaking 2 months later, the merchant decides to take those funds and now I have gone over my account and thus charged an overdraft fee. $28.00!!!!!!!!!! INSANE!!
