My job used to be on the seventh floor of the tallest building in downtown Portland (hey, in MY Portland, seven is pretty high up) and we had this incredible view of the harbor out to the islands. Portland's got water on three and a half sides, so it was a really nice view. Now I work in a concrete bunker in the woods. C'est la vie.
