I'm upset about the situation in the South right now. Not because of the hurricane directly, though. I'm more concerned with the inadequate response, roving mobs, and incompetence in high-places. It would be refreshing to hear "We did everything that was necessary" or "We did the best we can" once.
Annnnyway.
I talked to the company that might want to hire me. The guy I talked to told me he's going to run my resum by the CEO and we'll see from there. Apparently the intern that was there for the summer is going back to school at the end of September, so they'll have a position to fill. That's two weeks from now. I think that'll be good.
They are currently doing R&D on fuel cell technology. If I get this, it'll make me happy to be contributing to the development of the hydrogen economy.
