That was good--I needed an outing like that.

I went to the garage to work on my car, but he was superbusy, so we couldn't work on my car. Oh well! That just gave me an excuse to go bug Venice and go shopping and talking. We never did make it to get smoothies, but that was fine. We explored pretentious home-accessory stores and drank coffee. Later on we met my mom for drinks and appetizers.

I have a bunch of deep, meaningful stuff in my head, but it's not really coming out in a communicable way.
