I was mostly fascinated by the potency of the bear. Not some rinky dink bear (Well aparently they're gonna have a bunch of those too) but a Grizzly Bear. I hadn't even began to ponder the issues of keeping an animal like that. More the fact it's a Grizzly Bear.

Otherwise things are alright-ish.

Got a show coming up playin bass with a hip hop group, That s pretty cool. Also been frustrating myself trying to get this other band together as well (fuckin amatures driving me crazy...whole 'nother story).

Been goin a bit crazy trying to figure out how to incorporate my Laptop into my Home Studio and with my other 2 computers, incorporating my laptop to my live show how to convert some hardware i have on my Desktop PC to my laptop, all that for $0. HA! Rrrright.

And thanks for the warning about jumping out there but i'm definitely not just going out there cold. I've been passively "researching" about it for over a year. i just keep trying to find new sources for information because nothing has really made it click yet. I'm not expecting it to be an instant gratification thing, but i'm also still waiting for that A-Ha moment when my level of understanding jumps and pulls everything i learned together into one cohesive understanding.

funny you should mention the exchange program. I am currently in trade with a coworker for a hand beaded bracelet, earring and neclace set for one of those sweetheart candles.

I would love to trade goodies. I also knit. Scarves mostly because that's about all my attention span can muster at once.

All of you people are way too crafty. I would love to participate in a craft exchange as I love fragrance, candles, scarves and all that good stuff. I can only offer my chocolate truffles and homemade fudge; neither of which ship very well.

Power of the Witch was the first book that I read after circling the New Age section at Borders for a long time. It gave a me a non overzealous understanding of paganism and what she believes.

I don't have a neat catagory I place my beliefs in as well. Pagan is the closest I can come. I follow the Lady and I believe in her consort, but I pray to Her when I need guidance. My beliefs dip a little into Asatru or Heathenism and I am more inclined to follow the celic paths. I am half Norwegian with a Irish last name, maiden and married. It's what makes sense to me.

I make my own candles and put my thoughts and energies into each one, and I think about what that candle meant to me when I burn it, but I don't really create any spells per se.

Relevantswitch writes poetry. Again I think the words are pretty, but I'm left pondering what exactly does it mean.
He's has this thick folder of writings and poetry from when he was stationd in Colorada and New York. The ones about his ex wife I pick up on loud and clear, but otherwise it's like "blah blah blah *pretty word* blah blah"
He and Shekinah are the good ones for getting what you write.
