Yet another week of me neglecting my journal duties, and emails. I'm such a fucking asshole sometimes. But oh well. I'm pretty sure not to many people read this thing anyway-though I appreciate the comments I get.
My ol' roomie from St.Louis is in town. She's staying only about 5 miles or so from me at some cheesey motel. And, even though I have space for her to crash, and know her and my current roommate would clash big time. Though I love them both in their own way. Yeah, I say love, but not the sappy romantic kind, just the kind of 'love' were you appreciate someone for who they are, and respect their opinions.
And I'm going to Chicago tomorrow. I'm lookin' forawrd to that, as I haven't been then in a year or so now. It's a fucking fun town to visit, but to hell with living there. I'd lose my patience way to fast. Plus, NOT smelling cowshit every spring and summer would throw me for a loop.

I thought it was a bit odd anyone over the age of 14 would say it was their favorite movie-but I had to check and see if you were being sarcastic.
It reminds me, the boom mike thing-I just saw a Simpsons rerun where Kent Brockman was talking about how the whole news crew was going somewhere, except for the boom mic. guy, who was being fired at the end of the week-and you see the boom mic. come crashing down.
Oh the subtle humor of ths Simpsons.
