so i am a very light sleeper and toss and turn a lot in my sleep. i usually get only 3-4 hours a night. anyways when im not sleeping but yet trying to sleep my mind is all over the place. if it was a map i would start out in New York, wind up in Nevada, and end in Chicago, all for no reason. its the biggest pit of nothing too... the most unimportant crap ever. i wish there was a little button that i could push that would clear everything out before i went to bed. ive been this way every since i could remember and its starting to get old.
