Oh me, oh my, I have a hard-on.

"Why do you have a hard-on?" one might ask.

The answer, friends, is because of Camp Bisco.

I love the Disco Biscuits. When I was 16 I started listening to them and going to see them in concert, and from 2002-05 I followed them around the country as much as I could. They're a 4-piece live-electronic band from Philly, PA, and they're fucking sick. Unfortunately, their drummer, and my hero, Sammy Altman, left the band in 2005, and their new drummer doesn't do it for me. Sad, but true.

I've seen a few shows of The Disco Biscuits v2.0, but it's not the same for me.

Their annual festival, however, just keeps getting better and better. They combine the elements of live music with DJs and producers, bringing in an INSANE line-up this year. I wasn't going to go, because no one wanted to go with me, but my buddy Burt just moved back from Colorado, and he's itchin' to go to.
