At my oregon coast hideout the sea is mild and sweet this time of year almost boring (most of the year it is wild with huge surf) but sometimes the whites come in to sniff around. I know i am on their lunch list. I had a seal brush by my leg today. I do these things to remind myself that death is alway nearby but.... I am headed for the high mountains to catch my breath.
