Guess I just like controversy, like fan the flames of discontent. Hey, today the SG site looks better to me. I guess I am gettin used to it. But I did right the following:

My standards are crazy high for graphic clarity and as always I am not the core market. Maybe its actually better than it was and I just got used to the old site. Probably I needed to spend more time working with the site before I mouthed off but hey, the background pattern looks like my great aunt minies purse. Why choose complex detail when you need to have so many buttons and functions anyway? Where is the contrast between areas? It all 50% ..... Doesnt move the eye around. Pink, pink, pink and grey....yuk. I think when you invest the time and money; the changes need to show that passion and the heart were there too. It would have been so had I opened it up and felt wow, thought amazing. What I thought was what the hell happened here? Anyway, no reflection on you (unless you directed this process). You have impressed me with the imaginative nature of your part of the SG site and its crisp, clear, bold and beautiful nature. SG is wild and bold conceptually, actually amazing and I think the site shoud reflect that, be more. Still love SG.
