this morning i picked coffee over food. prolly not the best choice I've made this week, but not the worst.

coffee:
supress hunger
increases alertness for a short period
stains teeth

food:
supplies energy
increases focus
gets between your teeth sometimes, but can be flossed out.

I wish someone would invent deep-fried chocolate-covered salt. All my cravings would be met in a single food!

(For a while the chocolate covered pretzel did it for me, but I'm off wheat.)
