I own a magical dress.
Who would have thought they sold magical dresses at Kmart for about $10?!
It's some silly little dress I got about five years ago. Short, sleeveless, red with white polka dots. Nothing too fancy.
And apparently, it's magical.
While waiting for my bus yesterday morning, some guy came up and said, "I don't know who you are, but every time I see you here I think to myself, 'what sexy legs.'" I thanked the man and told it was because I play soccer.
Later, while at my bar, some dudes who have seen me around forever, compliment the dress.
While waiting for my bus to go home after downing a few, some guy comes up and stands in the street to take a picture of me. He wasn't creepy, so I winked at him.
Upon getting home, I got a call from my bartender. She said that after I left, one of the guys sitting next to me (some cute young thing who is a new regular there) went on for a good ten minutes about how "smokin'" I was and how he was just sitting there the whole time next to me like an asshole.
The bartender, being the asshole that she is (which is why I love her) says, "Oh, y'mean MissLucy? Y'want me to call her right now? She'll come back..." He of course, was embarassed and said no. Which is too bad, cuz I was probably still standing across the street waiting for my bus with that guy taking my picture while this whole thing was going on.
I just thought it was funny that it was news enough for my bartender to call me at home to tell me the story.
Frankly, I think this is all kinda ridiculous. I'm not sure what it is about this dress that makes everyone flip out. The last time I wore it even my martial arts master said I was hot (which was a little wierd, to be honest).
Ah well...little did we know that Kmart sold magical dresses. Y'all should go out and get one! They're fabulous!

In other news...the greaser called to chat before he went to school. He told me about how he has this litter of kittens living under his porch and how he's been putting tuna out for the mom. This, I find, to be so adorable, it really makes me want to vomit. He goes on to inform me that he has my bra and panties...since apparently I left them in the hotel when I ran off Sunday morning. This is much more my speed of conversation. I ask him to please hold on to them, as they're some of my favorites.
My coworkers think he's probably got them stuffed under his pillow. Which would be fine with me

Finally set up a date with my friend to go see the new Harry Potter movie!!! Some of you might care, but fans of the movie...THEY know what's up!!!

Sent off my apt application this morning and my final registration card to school. These are some of the final details I needed ironed out. I don't want to get my hopes up and start relaxing...but at least we're coming into the homestretch now.

Again, today we have no air conditioning in the office. This makes me VERY grumpy!
Really it just adds fuel to the fire of my annoyance with most of my coworkers. I'm so fucking done with this place. It takes all my strength not to just up and walk out now.
Good luck and good ridence to them all!
