you know, i was always one of those people who said "I WILL NEVER LIVE ON THE WEST COAST"... but to be honest i love it here and i don't know if i ever want to go back.

i especially love oakland because it's so much like brooklyn, except for the palm trees and sideshows... and shit, they don't have this many beautiful old chevys back east...

as for sacramento, i can't really speak to it, i've never even visited the area, but i've lived here in oakland for 3 years and i can definitely recommend moving here...

so let me know if you move here, i will need someone to do bodywork on my 63 nova... when i buy one...

i can totally understand the catharsis of writing letters you have no intent of ever sending. i'd say about 90% of my letters are of that variety. it just feels better to get it out of your head.
