Summer is here!

I took a walk down to the South Bank with my book and my Supergrass CD and sat there amongst the people enjoying the weather and the cool breeze off the Thames.

I enjoyed an ice cold 7up (a drink i rarely have unless it's a hot day) and pie, mash and liquor...a proper dirty ol' English dish that has to be experienced.

Everyone in London seems at least .7% happier today, and I have no doubt in my mind that its the UV and Vitamin E dosing that's doing it.
