I came into work listening to the Monkees Listen to the band Box Set on shuffle. What a winner it was too. I love 'The Porpoise Song' and 'I won't be the same without her'.



...You know the Monkees were a big influence on the Beatles?!

Just got to see Kill Bill Vol. 2 at the Empire Leicester Sq. The really REALLY annoying thing was that we went to the 5.20 performance and the 6.20 performance was followed by a Q&A session live and in person with QT himself!

Naturally that had sold out, but at least I watched it in the same building at the same time.

I got to listen to Depeche Mode's Ultra during art class last night. It was almost too sexy to listen to in such a setting! Whew! biggrin

Awesome handle! I used to work at a 5-star Chinese restaurant & Moo Shoo with the lovely Hoisin sauce was one of my favorite dishes there! Damn! Now I'm gettin' a hankerin' for some good Chinese food! oink

Anyway, afterwards there were the usual embarrassed forced chat with stranger over nibbles and cheap wine.

I thought the good man had left, but he was in the lobby on my way out so I got to say hello and shake his hand.

Nice.

Is it just me, or are people that approach famous people for a chat usually dicks? Its my policy just to say hello and hassle no further, but then I am shy.
