17 days to go till Midsummer or Yule if you are a northerner. I wish I had some one to celebrate with but I have never met anyone else who practices Asatru in New Zealand. Wiccans, Druids and even some Satinists yes but I have never really managed to feel comfortable performing rituals with any of them. I think this year I will just try and build a small model of a ship and load it with some small gifts to the gods before burning it.
