I'm not one to get in front of the camera very often, but I thought it only fair to put a face to the name.
I'm Josh, an amateur photographer with designs to improve my abilities and broaden my horizons.
This is hard for me because I'm usually not happy with what I capture, but I'm trying to continue to practice this craft, hone my skills and refine the "look" I have been developing.
I appreciate criticism because I recognize there's a lot of room for improvement from both a creative and technical standpoint.
In the coming months I want to branch into human portraiture. One day I'd love to capture the beauty of tattoo artist on skin with the diversity of the natural world. There a dope tat of mushrooms? Well one day I'd love to recreate them with fungi and my "chiaroscuro-philia"

P.S. - Psychedelic medicines have changed my life for the better and I am always looking to talk with others in the same boat. I feel they have both enhanced my empathy and creativity and have given me some relief from the severe depression I deal with.
