I'm in sort of a whimsical mood this morning, so I went and bought someone a pound of shrimp off their wishlist. Sometimes there's things on there you want to get just to see if they'll actually deliver it. In this particular case it's expidited shipping only, so the shipping is more than the shrimp. There's some other things headed her way too, it just seems they want to ship everything seperately.

On other just as happy but less completely strange news I'm going to get another week off, just as soon as these bugs are finished off. It's become apparently that just one week off wasn't nearly enough so I shall continue to take weeks off till things get better.

Also some paladin needs to go find me some iron.

Late Addition: I just went to IKEA to try and buy that stuff for my sister, and while they do have a registry, they have no provision for people arranging to have things shipped later. So looks like gift certificates with a photo of it is going to be in this year.
