Well we did another one of those state of the office meetings last night, and I think we covered the most important things. Mostly I got to go over the financials for the last few years and look at the break even points for our current staffing levels to decide what I'm going to do next year. So it looks like I'll be taking a pay cut this year in speculation of getting raises over the next two years that'll average out the three years to more than I make now. The numbers that we need to make for it to happen are realistic, and we only need about another 100,000 worth of buisness for next year to make it work. That may seem like a lot, but really it's not.
On the painting front I've finally had the urge to pick up the brush again, I overdid it for a bit there, trying to rush through and get to playing. Never going to do that again, it made painting feel like work instead of relaxing. I'm basing a bunch of units now, so they should look really good when I'm done, I'll even take pictures.
And of course the wonderful world of warcraft, great game, much fun, stupid spiders killing me. I just went up a level, so now it's going to be run around doing all the quests that just turned green. I'm going to need to play my hunter for a few hours, get him to 10 so I can make medium leathers, my warrior needs them to smith replacements for his 10 level old sword. Also we had a drop out of the guild it seems, might have to sell the next batch of stuff I make instead of getting it disenchanted, make the money to pay him back for his share of the tabard.
