yeah. well, i'm from toronto. always lived really close to downtown by subway, or right downtown so i never really needed a license. i've got my learners now at least. d20 on the other hand, he had his license, but he was in an accident and his license had expired so they took it away. because he didn't have a license, he needs to pay 1000 to icbc for damage to the other guy's car before he can drive again. it sucks a lot.

we do have somewhere to stay in town. surface, keth in WoW, has offered his place. it's right off davie.
we're not sure what to say to your generosity. it would be really awesome and we'd be able to afford to come, but then at the same time we feel bad accepting it.
i really wish d20's contracts cheque would come in. argh.
