Ugh, bugs and users, don't know which is worse.
Bad bug report: it's crashing again.
Good bug report: when I use the freehand draw to draw two lines and then leave the machine running for 6 hours it crashes.
Why can't they get the difference between these. And the ones that want new features, if I spend 3 hours a day explaining things to you on the phone, then it's gonna take twice as many days to get anything finished isn't it?
Especially when I need to keep cleaning up what I was working on to start some new "top priority" thing.
