So Tim and I presented our management ideas to Sanjay today, and he liked 95% of them quite a bit. we just need to get some resumes of the people we want to do stuff for us (John, Nate and Chris) and get them to work.
Then we email the whole plan to Sanjay's brother Anil and see what happens.
If all goes well, we become supervisors/low management, become salary, and get pay raises.
Fuckin' A!

Oh, so this "laptop" I bought from Eric, isn't really a laptop...
it's a "portable desktop".
Key difference...no battery. Argh!
BUT, I am thinking of getting one of those camping batteries. You know, basically a rechargable battery with a socket for a plug. I think those exist. That would make this laptop portable.

I have it at work right now, with an ethernet cable plugged into the router and it's online, so I know that works. Now I just need to see about wireless, for work AND home.

That's about it.
