I guess kharma decided last night to put me through all that shit so that something good could happen.
Apparently as long as I get the rent to my landlord tomorrow and she has proof of it, we are ok on the house being foreclosed front.
AND her lawyer is going to sue the mortgage company for all the games they were playing (ignoring his calls, posting the sign before everything was settled and now running an ad in the paper saying the place was foreclosed...even though it's not)

I can deal with a shitty night of smoke and pain for not having to move.
