So my boss made one of my coworkers the new "manager."
This kinda pisses me off...
I've been here 7 years. I'm the one she comes to to fix problems. People have told her "I can fix it..." and she tells them to leave it for me because she KNOWS I know what I am doing...
but she won't even consider me for management. Don't get me wrong...I don't want it...
I'd just like to be asked, ya know?
It's like all my high school friends getting married lately. Haven't been invited to ONE wedding yet...
I don't want to go, but the option would be nice.

Maybe I'm just destined to be that background guy who keeps things running while never getting the credit.
You know those people...
The ones who filled the fuel tanks for the first rocket to the moon...and sat back and watched as the astronauts got all the glory.
Or the guys who make the Olympic metals...never to wear one themselves.
