So I just realized I am the only single person at my job. Every one of my co-workers is taken.
That means that I not only have to work New Years (which fell on my night anyway), but I have no argument for taking Valentine's off...

I got my DVD player. It's got a 9" screen. Makes work go by a bit faster.
I'm almost done with My name is Earl season 2, then I pick up on season 6 of Buffy where I left off.

Valentine's Day is overrated, anyway. I always spend mine trying to get in the romantic mood but not being able to do so at all because it feels so forced. And then all of my coupled friends are all lovey dovey, and I just want to yell Sheep!
