So I was talking to my buddy Tim the other day, and he was telling me about a 10 year plan he has to get his life back on track...
It involved buying a condo.
It made me think...
"Why am I paying rent...when I could be paying off a condo?"
Then the more I thought about owning my own place to live, the more I realized it was an awesome idea.

So I have some things I need to clear up before I can start rebuilding my credit...and I have a pretty decent idea for doing so. (At least on paper)

So when I get back from Buffalo, I'm going to put said idea into affect and see how it works.
If it works out well, I'll stick to it and go from there.
