What happened to the day you could buy a pair of shorts...and they were actually shorts?
I bought a pair of cargo shorts from Hot Topic...
They were $27.00, but $10 off, so they were only $17.
They come down to my socks...and my socks are bunched up...
I miss shorts that were ACTUALLY shorts. You know, knee length.
Mandy is going to cut and hem them...so they will still be ok...
but it's still annoying.
If I buy shorts, I expect shorts...not PANTS.
Ugh.
The asian store was going out of business, as usual, and all weapons were 50% off, so I bought two knives. One is a full tang tanto combat knife. That's for my bail bag.
The other is a curved solid blade. It's functional...but only if you intend on gutting someone.
I only paid $25 total...so all in all not bad.
I want to go back and get more later...
there's so many cool sharp toys. Haha.
But right now, I've already spent too much. I did need the shorts...but the knives was just to quench my spending urge. Haha.

We went to the Petstore in the mall...
God I fucking hate that place!
They're one of those places that makes all their money on puppy mill puppies and kittens, so they neglect their reptiles...
They had 3 skinny as hell IMPORTED ball python babies in with Red tail boas.
Red tail boas are from SOUTH AMERICA. Ball pythons are from AFRICA.
The snakes had one small water dish, and some branches.
No hide boxes...
No heat source...
I had to leave before I ripped the manager a new asshole...
I think I found my dream job...
Pet store inspector...
I'd shut SOOOO many places down.
Half the time pet stores get away with shit because these inspectors only care about mammals. Not me. Not only do I care MORE about reptiles, but I know quite a bit about them...so there'd be no slipping by me. MWA HAHAHAHAHA!

I just bought myself a military surplus Alice pack to use as my "bail bag."
I finally have an actual BAG for it. Haha.
Now all I need is a few MRE's (Meals ready to eat) and a few other odds and ends. It's close to completion though. Very close.
Who knows, maybe one day I will get to use it!
Either way I plan on doing more hiking and backpacking, so it will get some use no matter what.
