When I feel my energy a bit lower and I need to reignite my spark I usually do something that I love to do,for example I travel,I go in natural places to meditate, I do workout or also draw something.
In the moment I’m travelling all around Spain with the car sleeping in tent and visiting amazing landscapes. The picture is about yesterday, here I was in the Playa De Los Muertos in Almería, an amazing natural place, and even if it’s March is so hot and I get burned😹

When I need a reboot I meditate outside in the sun and drink a nice cup of coffee. I live in a rural area so watching the wildlife or my dog definitely brings me back to life. A great conversation with someone new can also reignite my passions.
