One benefit of having gum restoration surgery....lost 7 lbs this past week without realizing it. Since I can't eat "hard foods", it means no more snacking on chocolate bars and such.
Now if I can just heal up good so I can get back to things like brushing my teeth normally and such!

well, vacation plans shot to hell. was going to the Smithsonian museums (pop culture and Holocaust museum). I got an e-mail today both museums will be closing 11/23, about 3 weeks before my planned trip, due to COVID-19. guess its time to cancel the hotel reservations, as my big reasons to go were those 2 museums.

Given the my trends for dating and everything, looking at being single for 15 years now and so far, no interests in sight (on-line or in person)...at what point do I just simply give up and accept my fate of being single for life?
