They didn't have my new med in stock so the pharmacist call my nephrologists office for a substitute , my nephrologist had allready left and one of the other docs tried to make a substitution . Bad idea as my my nephrologist is the CEO of middlesex hospital and does not allow any other doctors to meddle with my advanced meds

There is nothing wrong with that certificate of use plan , it will shut down illeginamate businesses like drugs dens , bookies , fences , and ripoff artists . The $100 fee and inspections is a one time deal , and there will only be a $10 per year fee afterwards . They have allready shutdown several illegal businesses . This is kind of like a chamber of commerce with muscle to help protect consumers
