I start classes on August 30th....my revised class schedule:
Tuesday:
Professional Practice in School Counseling
3:30 to 5:20
Systems Theory
5:30 to 8:20
Wednesday:
Conflict Management
6:30 to 9:20
plus a meeting with a professor for my Practicum supervision, and one day a week in the schools (don't plan on it being Tuesdays or Friday!)

I made red roasted peppers and over ripe tomatoes in olive oil to put on the noodles , and added fresh mozzarella cheese
