so I'm sitting here eating a bowl of chocolate frozen yogurt with special dark syrup and whipped crream (being lactose intollerant, ice cream is not an option) thinking how badly stuff sucks sometimes!
basically, went to drive my car tonight when I heard a weird noise. pulled over, looked, the back tire is flat. pull out the ol' air pump, but its not really staying. so I drive back to my parking area (about 2 minutes, if that) and pull in. I look, yup, losing air (I can hear the hissing sound). nothing on the wall of the tire.
oh, there it is, a screw of some kind sticking out of the tread.
doesn't that suck!
so about $65 I don't have to buy a new tire. basically, one store in the area carries them. its a relatively new car (2002). one store (Kost Tire) told me "nope, good luck finding it!"
