damn insomnia/odd sleeping schedule. woke up yesterday around 3 AM (after falling asleep around 5 AM). got up, did usual things (showered etc.) and ate dinner. watched Big Bang Theory and such, went to bed around 10 or 11 PM. having to work at 6 AM for a 4 hour shift, figured I would set my alarm at 4:00 AM.
well, woke up a few times, and around 2 or 3 AM, figured that I'm up for good now. showered and shaved, and figured "What the hell!" and even put on some after shave (Gillette series after shave gel for sensitive skin, cools) and getting read for work now. who knows how late I'll be up today (figure on playing some Heroclix until 7 PM or so), but here's hoping. then tomorrow some major house cleaning (vacuuming and swiffering the floors) as my younger sister, her dog and the thing she married come in on Sunday night for Thanksgiving.
and also, my step-father has decided he wants to check out Frontier instead of Time-Warner Road Runner, due to the price increases. he was given a "deal" of $77.99 a month for 12 months. wonder what the rate is after that....since there is an early termination fee and you're locked in for 24 months. add a satellite dish....yeah, we get snow and rain where I live. I can see where this is going!
plus no car still. my older sister's car isn't working right, so instead of letting her borrow my Mom's 2005 Jeep Liberty, she gets to borrow my 2002 Dodge Neon. sister's boyfriend is 6'2" to 6'4" with a bad back. has to be funny to see him get in and out of the car. told her last week (after having the car for a week) that it needs an oil change at 99,600 miles (semi-synthetic or synthetic, gave her an oil filter) and an inspection by the end of the month. oil change (if done by someone outside of a shop) is about $25, the inspection should be $10. since she has had my car now for at least 2 weeks...not too much to ask, right?
and that's it......what is up with people here? will I hear back?
