holy shit balls its out...at least for me. about 93 F right now (for the outside US folks who find it easier to use a measure based on 10 instead of the funky ones we use, about 307 Kelvin or 34 C). did I ever mention that I really hate the heat? you see, when its cold out....YOU CAN ADD LAYERS. when its this hot out....well, skin is not detachable. which means I swelter. and I don't deal with heat that well. and you'll notice I almost never, if ever, complain that its too cold out.
add to that a marathon of overnight shifts starting Sunday night. through Thursday night. 5 days straight. nice paycheck. fuckery on the sleep schedule. and no social life...not that I have one anyways. but all that internet porn that builds up overnight....damn I miss out!
not too much else. my step-father went to the doctors. who told him that travelling would not be a good idea until after he's done with his meds. so he might leave Tuesday to go visit my younger sister. she flew out to North Carolina today. her sister-in-law has started to take over (the entire fridge since she feeds her son organic foods only....plus the counter top space and 3 bedrooms.) so I have to check the paper soon to see if my younger sister has killed her or not. keep in mind her sister-in-law decided to call Monday and say she's coming down Tuesday. nice, huh?
yeah....that's about it. time to get some cash and a notebook for the Heroclix 101. learn the powers and such. and maybe play a few friendly matches.
and yay....Phantom Stranger in September. means another DC book for me to read....here's my tally now:
