a customer recently showed me a video of a squid dish...those who are vegetarian or easily creeped out will not want to watch....

the squid is not alive, but since it is so fresh (the preparation from live squid to this dish is 3 minutes or less) there is still residual activity in its decentralized nervous system (you will notice that the brain is removed and filled with a sauce).



does it take the phrase "playing with your food" to new heights?

The nerd in me thinks it is so cool. My stomach wants to know why it isn't sliced into rings, breaded and deep fried.
