conversation this morning at work....
an employee comes walking in, having ridden his motorcycle into work (about an hour). his face is beat red and he has a huge grin on his face!
Me: "Nice ride in?"
Him: "Yup, it was 16 F when I left my house!"
Me: "Okay, so besides tornadoes, earthquakes, and volcanoes, what won't you ride in?"
Him: "I've ridden through 2 tornadoes actually."
Me: "Okay, so besides floods, earthquakes, and volcanoes, what conditions won't you ride in?"
Him: "I've also ridden through a flood...no, wait, make that 2 floods."
Me: "Okay then....so volcanoes and earthquakes you won't ride in?"
he laughed and went to start work.
yeah, as an FYI, he's 62 years old and a Vietnam Vet (Marines). definitely an interesting guy....although he did look at me oddly the day he walked in and I went "Good morning sunshine," and called him "The Perky One." he went to me "I've been called a lot of things, but perky ain't one of them!"

I have friends like that. Bundle up and ride everywhere, all year long. Some of the more sane ones buy electric undergarments for their suits (they plug in to the motorcycle's charging system).
