and my weekend is finally here. which means not too much....have to finish cataloging/organizing my DVD collection (the copied ones). I couldn't find the DVD's from one TV show, but found it last night.
enjoying the fact that I now have a garage door opener as well. my neighbor had a key remove that he didn't use. we figured out how to program the garage door opener to the remote (after accidentally erasing all the codes). my mom and step-father were out, so I was able to get his garage door opener back into the system....and waited.
mom and step-father come home in her Jeep, her opener doesn't work (and they have no clue why). my mom starts going on about how it happened before (which may or may not be true) and thinks the battery is dead...hey, works for me! change the battery.....doesn't work. hmmm....maybe it lost the codes?
quick re-programming and its back to working.....and as far as anyone else is concerned, its all about the battery that caused the problem....and I'm not saying a word otherwise!
and my mom finally got new tires for her Jeep....she drives a 2005 Jeep Liberty. the Jeep was bought used, the tires were getting bald. my step-father had the "Nope the one shop said the tires are fine." well, if at least 2 of them are down to the wear strips...nope, not good. he insisted on going to Coles, because they sell Cooper Tires, an American brand....this coming from a man who drives a Honda Accord. nope, we got the four tires from Dunn Tire, costing around $540 for the 4 Goodyear Tires. and now she has great tread for her Jeep....and considering that she is a school photography assistant and drives everywhere, that is a good thing!
so now its time for me to nap and get ready for a fun, joyous day...how's your life?
