so talked to an old manager of mine. she makes up DVD's for the school her kids attend (her children are active in soccer and such) and I help her out by compiling things (takes a whole five minutes or so of my time, so no big deal).
nice part of her calling....I'll be making these compilations, she will talk to people in the school and on the Board of Education of the school her kids attend....where I just recently applied for a position at.

also sending my resume to Paychex. one of the ladies my mom works with, her husband is high up. he said "Give me your resume, I'll get it to the right person."
