hellstorm

thank you one and all for the birthday wishes...I pretty much spent the day doing very little.

woke up, did some laundry, a little cleaning and took a shower. visited my cousin at his store, met the family at Panera for dinner, home for cake, and in bed early. I was hoping to be called by Greece to sub today, but that didn't happen.

so today, get to do some more cleaning (the chaos called my room is expanding, time to fight it back) and do a few cover letters. I need some editing on the letter to Allendale Columbia (I have a few sentences that are about 3 or 4 lines long) and send that out. and also pay some bills. and order that hood latch.

let's see....tomorrow is a bright and early day. picked up a 6 hour shift of cleaning outside by the snowbanks. in fact, picked up 2 shifts this week to go from 16 hours to 27 hours. would have worked more, but nothing there.

and Wednesday, we had our lot closer call in sick. odd, since on Sunday, he called to try and find someone to cover his shift on Wednesday. sneaking suspicion...he wasn't sick.

that's all....time to get the old body moving (after sleeping 11 hours or so) and get ready for the day. chat Saturday night!

EDIT:

so called to sub....got paid a half day for covering one period of a study hall....sweet! and finally got the screws I needed for my car headlights...had to go to a dealer to buy them. about $14 for both screws....now time to find that hood latch. the dealer wants $50 for it...I can find it on eBay for less than $20. I think I know the route I'm going!
