wow, well, been a while since I updated! I feel bad, I seem to keep putting this off. who knows why, really. I really don't know.
so what have I been up to? well, I'm done with the Lexapro (antidepressant I was on). working through the issues. it was kind of scary to look and realize that I lost about 5 people in my life between the ages of 12 to 15, and then another 5 or so between 25 and 30. and there is more, I just don't consider them "major". kind of scary, no?
also got the tattoo on my back "touched up" today. the guy re-outlined the water part and added some shading/depth/detail to the water part. it took about 1/2 hour. he said it was on him, so I gave him $20 for the work. also have more plans...once I get about $1000 or more! I want a dragon (Japanese style) going up the one side of my back (have the base in smoke) and a phoenix going up the other side. seriously, at least $500 each I'm thinking. at least! but it will look cool! and we're talking about my entire back being covered by these 2 tattoos, as well! well, except for what's there....but a great way to really highlight everything, right?
not too much outside of that. got an A and a B+ this semester. so overall GPA is 3.80 or something like that. out of 4.0. but still might not graduate! WTF is up with that?
been reading Victor Frankl. right now, I'm reading "Man's Search for Meaning" to be followed by "The Will to Meaning". very interesting stuff. really focused on one's purpose or meaning in one's own life...as each person defines it for his or herself, as what matters. do love those Existentials!
and been working. sleeping. relaxing. stuff like that. gambling tomorrow (Saturday), cousin's 5th birthday party Sunday. fun times! wish me luck gambling, hopefully I win big!
still job searching as well, too. no calls from either job so far. it sucks! have another one....one of my references used to work there (and left on good terms). I am also so far beyond that job its not even funny! might go for it, anyways. a job is a job, right? I just move up faster!
so what do I want to do? maybe RA training/recruitment/retention and continuing education. or programming. maybe the more technical stuff, like housing and operations. perhaps even the advertising part, making brochures and pamphlets as well! basically, an Assistant Director's role that does not involve Judicial. I don't like the Judicial part. don't know. seriously, a road map for my life would be nice!
now, go over to albi and say something nice to her, give her some kindness, please. she's having a rough time right now, and some nice things would be good. be mean and I get devious, though! and that's a scary thought....
and that's it. time to eat, and respond to journals and let my back heal up some. seriously, a 1/2 hour of work. it hurts! if you don't have a tattoo, just keep that in mind. it looks cool, but it can hurt for a week or two afterwards while its healing!

Awwww....
Its just always been a thing with my family that Im the older one that looks after those who need it. Its something I have always really struggled with.
